Booking Policy

All beauty appointments of an hour or more need to be secured with a credit/debit card or a 50% cash deposit of treatment/s booked.

Teeth Whitening treatments require a non-refundable deposit of £50 pp.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

If you do need to re-schedule or cancel your beauty appointment it is kindly asked that a minimum of 24 hours notice is given for treatments of an hour of less and 36 hours notice is given for treatments of an hour or more. Unfortunately if less than the required notice is given there will be a 50% cancellation/re-schedule fee and if less than 12 hours notice or missed appointments occur the full amount of treatments booked will be due.

I uphold strict professional and ethical standards. Any illicit or sexually-suggestive remarks or advances will result in immediate termination of services. I also reserve the right to terminate a treatment if any of the following apply and you will be liable for full payment of scheduled services:

• Misconduct such as solicitation or suggestive comments
• Any medical conditions not mentioned at the time of reservation
• Intoxication

Credit Card Security

Any treatment over £10.00 can be paid for by using your credit/debit card and security is taken very seriously. All transactions are processed securely using my chosen partner PayPal.

Of equal importance is the security which surrounds the payment system. By making use of the PayPal system we have the most sophisticated online trading system available. It allows me to safely process your credit card payment with the bank, and complete the financial transactions securely behind protected firewalls.

Privacy Policy

I do not disclose clients information to third parties. Your personal details will be kept on record for the sole purpose of use by myself and for insurance purposes only. Your financial information will not be stored at any time.

Gift Certificates – are available to purchase and make an ideal present You can also order gift vouchers over the telephone.

Please Note: Gift certificates are not redeemable against salon offers or promotions.

Wedding Bookings

As bookings for weddings are made so far in advance, I will require a deposit of 50% for all beauty treatments and/or make-up services for the entire bridal party. Once your wedding appointment date has been reserved for you, I will be unable to issue a refund, this also includes any individual guest cancellations or no-shows. The outstanding balance must be paid no later than 2 weeks before your wedding date.

Please Note: the mobile service does not incur a travel fee for venues within a 15 mile
radius of the salon. Every mile beyond that will be charged at a £1.00 a mile

A surcharge of 50% is also applicable for Bank Holidays/Christmas Eve or New Years Eve.
